隨著條碼技(ji)術日益發展成熟,物(wu)流(liu)條形碼的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)也(ye)越(yue)來越(yue)廣(guang)泛,物(wu)流(liu)企業紛紛采(cai)購數(shu)據采(cai)集器(qi)/盤點機終端(duan)來管(guan)理(li),使物(wu)流(liu)系統順利運作(zuo)。目(mu)前國內(nei)市(shi)場(chang)上(shang)的(de)(de)數(shu)據采(cai)集器(qi)有(you)(you)幾十種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)品牌(pai),每(mei)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)品牌(pai)又有(you)(you)幾是(shi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)產品型號(hao),每(mei)個型號(hao)具有(you)(you)不同的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)、規格(ge)、價格(ge),采(cai)購者往往會感(gan)到迷(mi)惑(huo),不知究竟買那一款為(wei)(wei)好(hao)。比如(ru),同樣采(cai)用(yong)(yong)64位CPU的(de)(de)數(shu)據采(cai)集器(qi),如(ru)果性(xing)能(neng)、碼制兼容性(xing)相當,內(nei)存、顯示、掃描槍等配(pei)置相仿,在技(ji)術支持和服務相差不大(da)的(de)(de)時(shi)候,那么對大(da)多數(shu)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)來說有(you)(you)幾千元就可購買的(de)(de)價格(ge)為(wei)(wei)什么還(huan)要花上(shang)萬(wan)元呢。
選擇購買數據采集器的(de)十大原則:
一、適用范圍

譯碼范(fan)圍是(shi)選(xuan)擇數(shu)(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)一個重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)指標。各種數(shu)(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)采(cai)用(yong)的(de)(de)條(tiao)碼掃(sao)描(miao)(miao)部件(jian)不同(tong),細(xi)節參數(shu)(shu)也可能不同(tong),比如(ru)(ru)可識(shi)(shi)讀(du)條(tiao)碼,一般來說(shuo),數(shu)(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)可識(shi)(shi)讀(du)常見的(de)(de)一維條(tiao)碼,如(ru)(ru)EAN8,EAN13,ISBN,CODE39,CODE93,ITF,CODE128,CODABAR等(deng)等(deng),對(dui)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)來說(shuo)足夠了(le),但如(ru)(ru)果用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)要(yao)(yao)讀(du)取特殊(shu)的(de)(de)一維條(tiao)碼或二維條(tiao)碼,就要(yao)(yao)仔細(xi)看是(shi)否(fou)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)能否(fou)識(shi)(shi)讀(du)這些條(tiao)碼了(le)。另外如(ru)(ru)果用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)要(yao)(yao)遠距離掃(sao)描(miao)(miao)條(tiao)碼,即(ji)使(shi)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)激光(guang)掃(sao)描(miao)(miao)技術,也要(yao)(yao)看數(shu)(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)掃(sao)描(miao)(miao)的(de)(de)景深夠不夠。因此,用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)在購買時要(yao)(yao)充分考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)自己(ji)實際應用(yong)中的(de)(de)編碼范(fan)圍,來選(xuan)取合適的(de)(de)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)。
三、數據通訊接口
采(cai)集(ji)器的(de)接(jie)口能力是(shi)評價其功能的(de)又一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)指(zhi)標(biao),也是(shi)選(xuan)擇(ze)采(cai)集(ji)器時重(zhong)點考慮(lv)的(de)內(nei)容。用(yong)戶在(zai)購買時要(yao)首先(xian)明確(que)自己原(yuan)系統的(de)操作環(huan)境(jing)、接(jie)口方式等情況,再(zai)選(xuan)擇(ze)適應(ying)該操作環(huan)境(jing)和(he)接(jie)口方式的(de)便(bian)攜式數(shu)據采(cai)集(ji)器。數(shu)據采(cai)集(ji)器的(de)通訊接(jie)口通常采(cai)用(yong)如下幾種(zhong)技術:RS232、USB、BLUETOOTH、IrDA、WIFI,以下分別(bie)描述其用(yong)途。
RS232和USB主要(yao)用(yong)于與PC通訊、上傳下載(zai)數據,RS232也可以用(yong)于驅(qu)動便(bian)攜式(shi)微型打印機,但(dan)是筆(bi)者不建議這樣使用(yong),因(yin)為太麻(ma)煩。
IrDA、Bluetooth可用于與(yu)PC通訊(xun),也可以(yi)(yi)用于驅(qu)動便(bian)攜式微型打印機,Bluetooth還(huan)可以(yi)(yi)用于組建(jian)局域網。
WIFI可用于組(zu)建局(ju)域網。
除(chu)了(le)(le)RS232是(shi)大部分數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)器(qi)(qi)都帶的(de)通訊接(jie)口(kou)外,其(qi)他的(de)接(jie)口(kou)各種(zhong)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)器(qi)(qi)都只帶其(qi)中的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)或兩(liang)種(zhong),然而數(shu)據(ju)(ju)接(jie)口(kou)對于用戶來(lai)說是(shi)擴(kuo)展應(ying)用的(de)重要(yao)組成部分,筆者的(de)建議(yi)是(shi)在選(xuan)擇(ze)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)器(qi)(qi)時,除(chu)了(le)(le)要(yao)能滿足現有需求,*好(hao)根(gen)據(ju)(ju)實際(ji)情況(kuang)選(xuan)擇(ze)帶更多數(shu)據(ju)(ju)接(jie)口(kou)的(de)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)器(qi)(qi),以便今后擴(kuo)展功能。
四、對首(shou)讀率(lv)的要求
首(shou)讀(du)(du)率(lv)(lv)是(shi)數(shu)(shu)據采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)的(de)一(yi)個綜(zong)合(he)性指標,它與條碼(ma)符號(hao)的(de)印(yin)刷質(zhi)量、譯碼(ma)器(qi)(qi)的(de)設計和(he)(he)掃描槍的(de)性能均有(you)一(yi)定(ding)關(guan)系(xi)。首(shou)讀(du)(du)率(lv)(lv)越高(gao)(gao),越節省工作時(shi)間(jian),但相應的(de),其價(jia)格也必然(ran)高(gao)(gao)出其它便(bian)攜式數(shu)(shu)據采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)。在物(wu)品的(de)庫存(cun)(盤點)過(guo)(guo)程中,可以通過(guo)(guo)人工來(lai)控制條碼(ma)符號(hao)用便(bian)攜式數(shu)(shu)據采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)重復(fu)掃描,因此,對首(shou)讀(du)(du)率(lv)(lv)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)并不嚴格它只是(shi)工作效率(lv)(lv)的(de)量度而已(yi)。但在自(zi)動(dong)分撿系(xi)統中,對首(shou)讀(du)(du)率(lv)(lv)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)就很高(gao)(gao)。當然(ran),便(bian)攜式數(shu)(shu)據采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)的(de)首(shou)讀(du)(du)率(lv)(lv)越高(gao)(gao),必然(ran)導致(zhi)它的(de)誤(wu)碼(ma)率(lv)(lv)提高(gao)(gao),所以用戶在選(xuan)擇(ze)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)時(shi)要(yao)根據自(zi)己的(de)實(shi)際情(qing)況(kuang)和(he)(he)經(jing)濟能力來(lai)購買符合(he)系(xi)統需求(qiu)的(de)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi),在首(shou)讀(du)(du)率(lv)(lv)和(he)(he)誤(wu)碼(ma)率(lv)(lv)兩者間(jian)進(jin)行(xing)平衡。
五(wu)、數(shu)據采集(ji)器(qi)價(jia)格(ge)
購(gou)買采集(ji)器(qi)時,其價(jia)(jia)格(ge)也(ye)是(shi)應關心的一個(ge)問題。各種品牌的各種功(gong)能的數據(ju)采集(ji)器(qi)由于其配置不(bu)同(tong)、功(gong)能不(bu)同(tong),價(jia)(jia)格(ge)也(ye)會產生很大差異。因此在購(gou)買采集(ji)器(qi)終(zhong)端時要注意產品的性(xing)能價(jia)(jia)格(ge)比,以滿(man)足應用系(xi)統(tong)要求(qiu)且價(jia)(jia)格(ge)較低者(zhe)為(wei)選購(gou)對象(xiang),真(zhen)正做(zuo)到“物美(mei)價(jia)(jia)廉”。
六、條碼掃描
作(zuo)為數據(ju)采(cai)(cai)集器(qi)的核(he)心部件,條碼掃(sao)描(miao)模(mo)塊的性能是(shi)影響用(yong)戶使用(yong)的關鍵性因素。目前(qian)數據(ju)采(cai)(cai)集器(qi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)的掃(sao)描(miao)技術有如下幾種Laser(激光),線(xian)性CCD/CMOS,面陣CCD/CMOS,以下是(shi)幾種掃(sao)描(miao)技術的對比:

都(dou)是(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de),通(tong)(tong)常(chang)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)專用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)、專用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鎳氫(qing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),通(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鎳氫(qing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)和通(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)堿(jian)(jian)性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),如果是(shi)(shi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)專用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),一(yi)定(ding)要(yao)考慮電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)容量(liang)(liang)(liang)是(shi)(shi)否滿(man)足(zu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)要(yao)求(qiu),頻(pin)繁地(di)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)對(dui)于(yu)移動(dong)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)來說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)不現實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de),如果使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)可以(yi)通(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)鎳氫(qing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)和堿(jian)(jian)性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),那么用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶要(yao)根據(ju)實(shi)(shi)際情(qing)況來決(jue)定(ding)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)型號。對(dui)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量(liang)(liang)(liang)要(yao)特別(bie)對(dui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶說(shuo)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi),只有模擬實(shi)(shi)際使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)才能(neng)分(fen)辨(bian)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)是(shi)(shi)否可以(yi)滿(man)足(zu)要(yao)求(qiu),另外要(yao)注意在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)(ge)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命范圍內,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)容量(liang)(liang)(liang)會隨著使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)次(ci)(ci)數的(de)(de)(de)增加而減少(shao)(shao),當容量(liang)(liang)(liang)減少(shao)(shao)為(wei)標(biao)稱容量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)60%時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)壽(shou)命才算結束,所以(yi)在(zai)測(ce)試過程中(zhong)要(yao)充(chong)分(fen)考慮到這個(ge)(ge)問題(ti),對(dui)于(yu)數據(ju)采集(ji)器(qi)規(gui)格書(shu)中(zhong)所注明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)滿(man)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)掃描多(duo)少(shao)(shao)次(ci)(ci),使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)多(duo)長時(shi)間(jian)這些(xie)參數,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶只能(neng)當作參考,只有經過充(chong)分(fen)測(ce)試才能(neng)確(que)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)是(shi)(shi)否夠用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。
八、數據存儲(chu)空(kong)間大小(xiao)
數據采集(ji)器大都需要在(zai)機內用FLASH ROM存儲數據,FLASH
ROM的大小也是用(yong)戶必須考(kao)慮的,不考(kao)慮價(jia)格的話,FLASH
ROM的(de)大小(xiao)是(shi)越(yue)大越(yue)好,但考慮(lv)價格的(de)話(hua),不(bu)必一(yi)味求大,在選擇數據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)器之前,*好根據(ju)(ju)實際情況計算一(yi)下(xia)數據(ju)(ju)量(liang)(liang)的(de)大小(xiao),然后留出(chu)適當的(de)余量(liang)(liang)。另外用戶要注意的(de)是(shi),數據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)上的(de)標(biao)明的(de)FLASH ROM的(de)大小(xiao)要注意其(qi)單(dan)位(wei),單(dan)位(wei)Bits只有(you)(you)Bytes的(de)1/8,而且并不(bu)是(shi)所有(you)(you)的(de)FLASH ROM的(de)空間都可以存儲數據(ju)(ju),其(qi)中還有(you)(you)一(yi)部分是(shi)用于存放應用程序的(de)。
九、顯示屏
數據采集器的顯示(shi)屏(ping)一般都是(shi)(shi)黑白的LCD屏(ping),很少用(yong)(yong)彩(cai)屏(ping)的,筆者(zhe)認為對用(yong)(yong)戶而(er)言,屏(ping)幕(mu)是(shi)(shi)否為彩(cai)色并(bing)不重要,而(er)屏(ping)幕(mu)的大小才是(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)戶需要重點(dian)考慮的,屏(ping)幕(mu)的點(dian)陣數直接決定了用(yong)(yong)戶界面的友(you)好程度(du),建議用(yong)(yong)戶盡量(liang)選擇點(dian)陣數多的顯示(shi)屏(ping)。
十、開發是否方便
數據采集(ji)器(qi)并不(bu)是可以(yi)直接使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)產品(pin),而是要裝載應(ying)用(yong)(yong)程序(xu)后才能(neng)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de),這些(xie)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)程序(xu)需要系統(tong)集(ji)成商或廠商開(kai)發根據用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)需求(qiu)開(kai)發,如果廠商提供(gong)了(le)良好的(de)開(kai)發環境、足夠(gou)的(de)API和例程,開(kai)發方便,那么(me)可以(yi)節省大量的(de)開(kai)發時間,便于項目快速(su)實施。
其他、抗震性能
因(yin)為數據采集器使用的(de)(de)環境不是辦公(gong)室(shi),而(er)是倉庫或戶外,并且是手持設備(bei),所以相對(dui)而(er)言容易從手中掉下來。為防(fang)(fang)止跌(die)落,目前很多(duo)數據采集器都有防(fang)(fang)震(zhen)設計,防(fang)(fang)止跌(die)落至地面后損(sun)壞(huai)數據采集器,這些是PDA無法做到(dao)的(de)(de)。建(jian)議用戶選擇防(fang)(fang)震(zhen)性能好(hao)的(de)(de)數據采集器。
